Your PC is installed, humming away in tune with the new server system that you bought. Everything is running perfectly, but for how long? Even the most though out system and best hardware / software combo needs a little TLC every month or 2. Nothing will kill a running system faster than neglect.
Using remote desktop technology from companies such as Crossloop (www.crossloop.com) as well as other secure methods, we offer remote diagnostics and maintanence, and in most cases we dont even need to come to the office to fix stuff. We have customers based in other countries that have used this technology for the past 5 years, and their systems are still running like clockwork!
Antivirus updates, Operating system patches, or perhaps a service pack for your spreadsheets. If you are unsure of what needs to be done to keep your system in tip top condition. As a general rule, its an hour of work per machine per month, even less if you have a server controlling key operations.
Sometimes however a harddrive needs replacing, or a machine needs reinstalling. That can mean that a whole workday or 3 are lost. It doesnt have to be that way! Our widely used overnight and weekend service ensures that a PC is ready and working for the NEXT BUSINESS DAY! (parts and availability pending of course!) If you cant work, there is no work for us, and there is nothing more important to us than doing everything to make sure YOU dont have downtime.
